People are really bashing him over a few seconds? He might have held it wrong at first, but the wind caught it and the blue ended up on top anyway. There’s nothing wrong with the final result. Instead of looking for flaws, can we just be proud that our flag is being raised in Brazil? Stop the hate, spread love, and support your fellow Filipino! 🙌

The Philippine flag is not only a national symbol but also represents the country’s values, history, and unity. Normally, the blue stripe is placed on top during times of peace. However, when the red stripe is raised above the blue, it carries a special meaning, it symbolizes that the country is in a state of war. Because of this, the flag should not be raised with the red side on top unless it is officially intended to represent that condition. Displaying the flag correctly shows respect for its meaning and for the nation.
