People are really bashing him over a few seconds? He might have held it wrong at first, but the wind caught it and the blue ended up on top anyway. There’s nothing wrong with the final result. However, when the red stripe is raised above the blue, it carries a special meaning, it symbolizes that the country is in a state of war. Because of this, the flag should not be raised with the red side on top unless it is officially intended to represent that condition. Displaying the flag correctly shows respect for its meaning and for the nation.
