Day 39 of doing these viral Tai Chi-inspired movements until I’m under 10% body fat and have no joint pain. 👊 Let’s be clear… These movements alone aren’t going to help me lose weight. My body fat is coming down because of my nutrition, the gym, staying active, and consistently showing up. But this routine plays a huge role in making all of that possible. Since I started, I’ve noticed: ✅ Significantly less shoulder pain ✅ Better range of movement ✅ Less stiffness when I wake up ✅ More energy throughout the day ✅ A more positive mindset These 9 minutes have become my time to be intentional. While I’m moving, I’m thinking about: 💭 What am I going to eat today? 💭 How am I going to stay hydrated? 💭 What movement or gym session am I getting in? 💭 Visualising the goal of getting below 10% body fat. 💭 Accepting the loose skin that’s part of my journey, and focusing on building my chest and shoulders to improve my physique. For me, it’s become much more than a mobility routine. It’s a daily investment in my body and my mindset.
