⇩ Full Recipe 🌶️ ⇩ Macros per serving: Protein: 39g Carbs: 27g Fat: 22g Calories: 444 Ingredients per 2 servings (makes 2 kits): - 1 yellow onion - 1 tbsp minced garlic - 6 oz thinly slices beef brisket - 4 shiitake mushrooms - 1.5 cups cut kimchi - 6 oz firm tofu - 2 green onion - 1/2 cup leftover kimchi juice - 2 tsp brown sugar - 3 tbsp gochugaru - 1 tbsp gochujang - 1 tbsp soy sauce Prep: - 2 cups chicken bone broth - 1 cup water - salt to taste How to make it yourself: 1. Thinly slice your onions, mushrooms, green onion, and tofu. 2. In a small bowl mix together your soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, gochujang, and gochugaru to make your sauce 3. In one meal per container add half of your onions, beef, mushrooms, kimchi, kimchi juice, green onions, tofu, and sauce. repeat for the other container 4. Seal tight each container and freeze overnight. 5. When ready to eat, take out one meal per container. Remove the lid and microwave for 15 minutes to loosen the frozen soup kit from the container. 6. In a pot of chicken bone broth and water on high heat, add your frozen soup kit and let it boil for three to four minutes until fully melted & cooked 7.
