The Luka Duffel is the PERFECT carry-on โoverflowโ bag. When I have maxed out the space in my carry-on suitcase and need to put my toiletries, hair tool, a pair of shoes, etc. in my personal item, the Luka is ideal. I love the looks of the BรIS, and it would look so nice with my Espresso Hybrid carry-on, but the price is steep and as an overpacker, the Luka is such a safe bet.

As a flight attendant I started watching your videos 6 months ago and purchased the Luka duffel and that thing is perfect from a crew standpoint especially since many of us wear heels to work and have flats to change into on the plane. I have had so many other FAs ask me about my Luka duffel so I hope they start advertising more to FAs soon!

I have both. Beis was offering free embroidery a while back and so I purchased a whole new set of espresso luggage with my name, embroidered on the pouches and the duffel. I feel like it looks very professional so when Iโm going out of town for work, Iโm more likely to use it because I think thatโs a tote bag I could carry into a conference. When I need overflow from my carry-on or if Iโm going with a family, Iโll take the Luka. I recognize thereโs lots of privilege in having options and Iโm grateful for all of them.

I bought the Beis bag a couple weeks ago based on your review! I love the wide opening and, personally, side shoe compartments annoy me (or else Iโd have gone with the Luka). Iโm so excited to use it as my personal/overflow bag.

Still the Luka for me! I never want my water bottle inside. I also use the shoe compartment pretty frequently on the Luka. I just use a shoe bag.
