And this issue of irresponsiblity starts from upbringing... So parents please teach your children to be responsible,allow them to make little decisions like their choice of outfit, allow them own their consequences for their every actions. Because if you don't,they will grow up becoming irresponsible adult .

Also one of the reasons I’ve noticed people to be irresponsible and even myself has a lot to do with upbringing. Most parents do not let their adult children make decisions for themselves. You eventually go into the real world feeling like a child trapped in an adults body. You see your pairs and you get that feeling you felt as a child when you saw adults whose lives you admired. It’s almost as if you’re watching life happen to you instead of taking charge of your own life cause you were never allowed to. A lot of adults who live with their parents still suffer this cause of the “my house my rules” mindset.

I have a way I offer advice. I help you see the options available to you. I help you see the likely outcome of your choice. Then I ask you to choose. THEY DON'T LIKE ME VERY MUCH WHEN I DO THAT. Secondly, when people come to me with a task. I do it the first time. Subsequently, I show them how to do it. THEY DON'T LIKE IT VERY MUCH.
