@mozandmiel: Let’s make sambooseh!💃🕺 I LOVE this dish. It is crispy, light, and so delicious and savoury. You can play around with the fillings, but the traditional Persian filling always includes potatoes. I will make more filling variations in future videos, so stay tuned! Sambooseh = samosa in English. There are many countries with their own variations, but what makes the Persian Sambooseh special is that it is wrapped using Naan Lavash, which is a paper thin Persian bread. Sambooseh is traditionally fried in oil. BUT I wanted to make a healthier version, so I am using an air fryer. And it is SO crispy. I hope you try it, and if you do send me pictures!
