i think aang and katara should’ve been swapped imo. the problems aang felt with, they needed someone like korra to take down ozai swiftly. and the stuff korra had to deal with, aang would’ve thrived.

People love to forget that Aang had the best team (two bending prodigies and a strategist). Korra’s team was a random rich girl and two bending athletes. Everyone in the Gaang had their uses in battle and conflict (yes even Sokka because his strategies and planning was useful a lot). The most active member in Korra’s group was Mako. EVERYONE ELSE (Asami, Bolin, some people even put Tenzin in there) wasn’t doing much of the work. Aang had the privilege of having the Gaang pull their weight in his battles, Korra did not
