Heres my recipe : 1 banana , 3 scoops og vanilla youghurt w 21 g protein, a bit og 23 g normal lactose free youghurt and sugar free vanilla milk and then i add a bit of cinammon

1 cup fat-free milk (80 cal, 8 g)
1 container Strawberry Oikos Yogurt (90 cal, 15 g)
100 grams of banana (89 cal, 1 g)
100 grams of strawberries (32 cal)
Optional: 1/2 scoop protein powder (60 cal, 12 g)
Total: 291 cal, 24 g (with protein powder: 351 cal, 36 g)

I use pineapple dole whip protein powder and zero sugar vanilla Greek yogurt in my smoothies. Protein bomb and tastes amazing.

Not a homemade shake but I would recommend shamrock, super cheap(less than 3) and they don’t use nuts but you might have to check labels cuz I’m unsure but they’re best flavor is strawberry. It’s 30g for 180 and they’re my go to when I’m not feeling boujie to get fairlife😭
