Girl with him in that kind of pain...he needs a suppository and plenty of water in his diet...what is he drinking on a normal. My now 4yr old use to get constipated OFTEN until we found out it was due to regular cow milk. He could have a food allergy that is causing this. Girl we need a follow up...Poor baby
