@laurenglogirl: Wow 2025 has been a year. I was diagnosed with bpd on top of my bipolar diagnosis this year. It’s been a journey figuring out how to cope with this illness. It’s wrecked friendships and romantic relationships in the past due to being bipolar and now recently borderline personality disorder. It makes sense why I can’t have relations like normal people but it’s also disheartening. However this past year I didn’t let it define me and I walked in my truth and gained new companions and relationships. It’s been a year of healing, strengthening old friends ships and relationships, as well as mindfulness and figuring out how to be the best version of myself. This video depicts the emptiness and sad actions that can come with being mentally ill.
