I sleep on my floor that has carpet, it’s not rock hard with the carpet but when I sleep on my back it feels so nice

I tried for like a week and I would wake up with a stiff neck and back pains. I didn't see benefits but maybe because I have sleep apnea? I don't think it would affect my neck at all tho
