It’s a sign from the universe that your team wasn’t meant for you & it wasn't meant to be. 🌈 Side track though, I know you’re still in the midst of arranging the team and trying to settle things down… but on the Instagram side, idk if it’s just me, I always PM and get NO reply 😩. I just want to buy a bracelet or know about new designs, but it makes me so sad when I get SEEN and no reply ☠️.

i believe you need to be strict with staff. by nature everyone wants to be nice and popular and well liked, but thats not how you run the business. i always tell my managers, i didnt hire you for a popularity contest. i hired you to ensure things get done and clients are satisfied. dont be afraid to be tough if you need to be. my team also learnt a lot because i drove them hard and the extra hours developed them just as how i developed myself to reach where i am today
