For those wondering...this was a pissing contest between tribal police and the county jail. It's actually a felony to force your way into the jail. But all parties eventually worked out the issue. Tribal police can be pricks.

A jailer assaulted a tribal police officer and the tribal police arrested him and when taken to jail the jail refused. Eventually courts ruled tribal police cannot arrest non tribal individuals. Happened in Okmulgee Oklahoma 2023
