I have had one every year (in the beginning, I had 3 in a matter of months) since 1998. The worst is always the prep but I’m so used to that now, it’s really not a big deal.

Why do I love afterwards when I go home afterwards and nap so well? 🤣 Prep does suck a bit but I think I have that down too- I start a few days prior eating much lighter. For the ppl who pig out up to the deadline make it worse 😂

So I was supposed to have one in twenty four once I found out my health issues with my heart.The doctor that I was seeing prescribed a big jug of the stuff for for me to prepare for mine. And that stuff literally made my heart hurt. I gotta hold on my doctor's office. Immediately, and they said, stop, don't take it when I went in and told them that she looked at me like I committed a crime. And I said, do you not understand what I have? I have congested heart failures.So that stuff's gonna make my heart hurt🙄🤦♀️
