craziest part about aphantasia has always been the day i found out what it was. which is probably a year or less ago, and i’m years into adulthood. it’s so jarring to realize it wasn’t the same for everyone else

alexithymia is so weird because what do you mean I can’t describe or even know I’m felling something because I lack a physical reaction connected to the emotions, but I can understand fictional characters emotional reactions very well

my oc has alexithymia! he recognizes his emotions but unless someone is crying or yelling they dont notice what emotion that person is feeling
