bro i have undiagnosed adhd and aspd, which is because it cost 1.5k to 3 fucking thousand so you get a phycologist for a bunch of damn questions that'll take 30 minutes.... and on top of that the meds for adhd is fucking meth and cocain... honestly actually deep diving and doing months of research on the disabilities you have and how it makes your brain work is more reliable than going to a professional most times ...
