This looks ridiculous. It feels even harder than it looks. It's called the Roundabout. And it's one of the most effective exercises for nasolabial folds I know. Here's how it works. You press your tongue against the inside of your cheek and move it in a slow circle around your mouth. Like you're tracing the inside of your face. One direction for 8 to 10 reps. Then the other direction. Simple right? Try it. I'll wait. By rep 4 your tongue is burning. By rep 7 you're questioning your life choices. By rep 10 you realise your tongue has never worked this hard in its entire existence. That's the point. Your tongue is a muscle. A strong one. When you use it to press outward from the inside, you're smoothing the tissue from a place no cream or tool can reach. You're working the muscles around your mouth. You're increasing circulation to the entire lower face. And the best part? You can do this anywhere. In the car. On the train. Waiting for your coffee. Nobody knows what you're doing.
