I’ve been working at a bakers delight establishment for a year and I can tell you rn, that loaf would’ve already been dropped on the floor, and then put back only for the video. We kick the loaves under the rack so that we don’t trip over them when working. However, they’re always picked up at the end of the day and aren’t left there to rot. When the FARM charities come to collect what’s left of the bread, they will always take bread that has been dropped on the floor. The farm animals aren’t going to complain!!!

As someone who works at a bakers delight the bread was probably already dropped or it was the end of the day and it needed to get thrown out anyway
