I’ve never bungee jumped before but I thought the instructions need to be certified or trained to do this! Because if they were trained professionals they would have done safety checks to ensure the safety of the equipment and the person jumping! Also the rope looked exactly like a rope and not a bungee cord in my opinion.

Look where she was thrown from. Right at one of the pillars…even if she was attached to a bungee cord, wouldn’t she have smacked around against the pillar? None of this makes sense to me! I don’t even see a bungee cord…just a rope!

so she didn't realize they didn't attach anything to her and the fiance didn't notice as well. something isn't adding up here. never been bunji jumping but I would definately be paying attention to such an important detail

But even if the crew forgot, how does the one actually jumping not know that they are not attached to the bungee cord? If I were about to jump off a cliff, I'd make damn sure I'm attached to something first.
