Your PH doesn’t affect your flow as your flow has to do with the build up of your uterine wall and your PH has to do with vagina. The difference in flow is more than likely your hormones due to age, diet, stress levels, and other environmental factors.

I switched from always to U and my period has genuinely changed so much. I can't imagine how amazing it's going to be once I get a diva cup (im scared of tampons or cups 😔)

Can confirm. I stopped using period products and my period lasts 3-4 days and is fairly light. It used to be 6-8 days and HEAVY. Also no cramps, really. My boobs are less tender during that time too.
