I was his mama watching my father do the same thing. Actually June 25 will be 16yrs that I lost him. It's a massive heart attack which creates the death gargle. He was more than likely gone by the time he hit the floor. Very sad and he will be missed by many of us that watched him. Prayers for mama. 🙏
