Update: Climate pledge arena reached out and did apologize for what happened, and did inform me that the tour itself did request no remains, but that the inconsistencies with enforcement were not okay and have offered to give me replacement tickets for the show of my choice within the next 2 years due to the distance I am from the arena. The Arena handled this very very well and I greatly appreciate them making it right, and will update once I’ve found a show to go to, as I have to plan for the travel.

I was down at the pit. I had to use the restroom so bad but got got denied by security for an hour n a half bled through my shorts at my first concert an what upset about. Some people just really don’t have sympathy for others thankfully I bought a huge hoodie so it covered but I was so embarrassed

A couple years ago me and my sister went to see Russ at this same arena, there was this girl who was there EARLY in the morning and she was working on a poster for Russ and they denied the poster to be brought in, the girl was devastated and crying, and they still told her no, me and my sister ended up standing by her bc we were all vips and then later during the concert these people behind us ended up having a poster, that was biggerrrr than the girls poster, and she was so sad. They really seem to just pick and choose at this arena

I’m so sorry this happened to you, probably was a big influencer and that’s why they got to do it and you didn’t. Makes it even worse if that’s the case.. all you wanted was to bring an urn of your mom’s ashes?!!? Somehow people make it through with weapons and drugs though.. not fair by any means

This is so weird considering security let me in with my dads ashes in a literal plastic bag that night, but I was in the pit and they absolutely refused to let me leave to go to the bathroom, I was on my period and I bled through my shorts and I straight up told THEM THAT (bc I don’t give a fuck were women, if it makes the men uncomfortable oh fucking well)😭 and they still denied me to leave

I know someone asked in a local group on Facebook if they could bring them and they said you can bring the empty urn but not the ashes. So maybe their urn was actually empty 🤷🏻♀️
