As a Starlight season ticket holder we love nothing more then when you all power through the weather for us! I still remember seeing Carol Channing doing Cinderella in the rain back when the stage wasn't covered yet! They would mop quickly between scenes and kept going! She said we will perform no matter what if you want us to!🥰

If you’re involved in the theater community at all in KC, you’ve had your spring/summer show interrupted by a tornado siren. Im not surprised at all that everyone was still there! 😂

This reminds me of when Les Mis came through Starlight probably 15-18 years ago. It started POURING about halfway through. Experiencing "On My Own," the barricade, and Javert's death all while it's LEGIT just raining on everyone. Absolutely magical.

truly an unforgettable experience, you all did amazing! we hunkered down in our car (mistake, obviously. we didn’t get any alerts about a tornado until it was happening, just thought it was rain/storm) but i’m so glad we came back to watch
