that means that your pendrive is either broken or the installation media on it is the oppisate your pc is running (ex. BIOS instead of UEFI) just take the disk, plug IT into a PC if u have one and use windows to FULLY FORMAT the disk VIA disk manager or diskpart and then try to reinstall windows

don't give up, you specifically need Windows installation media, like a USB drive or a DVD or CD, where you then have to open the "repair your computer" screen, opening it will bring you to the recovery tools where you can open the command prompt and run these commands: bootrec /fixmbr, bootrec /fixboot, bootrec /rebuildbcd, running these commands completely rebuilds the boot component store in Windows, therefore fixing your Windows installation, you can also just immediately press shift + f10 and run the commands without pressing the repair your computer option (now with what you said over here, it's trying to boot to the main install, so you should remove the drive inside and once you're booted up into the installation media, insert it again and run the commands)

This is happening only because you're booting from MBR. try using GPT with windows 10 in Rufus.
