@shumailas.kitchen4: Special Chana Mewa Rice For Family Gathering Ingredients: • Half cup or 150ml oil • 1 big size or 2 medium size onions • 1tsp zeera • 6-7 black peppercorns • 1 cinnamon stick • 4-5 blended tomatoes • 1tsp zeera powder • 1tsp coriander powder • 1tsp turmeric • 1.5 cups boiled chickpeas (300g) • 4 cups soaked rice (800g) • 1 cup soaked black raisins (160g) Notes: 1- soak the rice for at least 2-3 hours. 2- boil the chickpeas in a pressure cooker until they’re soft before adding them to the rice. 3- wash and soak the raisins for 1 hour. #pulao #ricerecipe
