I think it’s pretty smart, an homage to the blow up jacket that came out in the 2000’s I think like 08 or 09. Completely useless to most people. Unless you’re actually an active person like you know, their target market. At that point it makes hella sense. It’s a rain slick, a hooded jacket, has air gap, converts into a hoodless jacket. Nice and light, the hood turns into a little pack to carry little things so you’re not doing the pocket tap. As far as Marshall’s, the stuff sold in their store is not just overstock, a lot of it is factory rejected
