@vietnammoment.official: There has been a lot of debate on social media about whether this building came before the Avengers Tower, since their designs look surprisingly similar. However, from what I found, Bitexco has no connection to Tony Stark's tower. Bitexco was designed in 2004 and officially opened in 2010, while Stark Tower first appeared in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in The Avengers in 2012. Even so, it's easy to see why people make the comparison. The unique helipad gives the building a futuristic look that reminds many visitors of the iconic Avengers Tower. Malaysia also has a building that looks like this called TM Tower. it was built in 1998 and started operating in 2003. Marvel even used the building to promote Avengers movie back in 2018.
