Hermes runs on ChatGPT and he's wired into my personal life. That's the real answer to which one is better. Neither. The tool is not the differentiator anymore. What separates people is how deeply they've integrated them. Most people are still using AI like a search bar. They open a tab, ask a question, copy the answer somewhere else, close the tab. That's using maybe two percent of what's sitting there. I wasted a lot of time picking sides and comparing benchmark scores.
