Let's look at what is safe and what is not safe when expecting parents are relaxing together in bed. 🛌💤 ### ✅ Safe Ways to Relax (The Green Checkmarks!) 💚 * **Side-by-Side Cuddles:** Lying on the side is super safe! Dad can hug Mom gently from behind. This keeps the tummy free and happy. 🥄 * **Sitting Up with Support:** Mom can sit up while Dad sits behind her. It's a great way for Dad to give a nice, soft shoulder rub without touching the belly! 💆‍♀️ * **Pillow Support:** Mom can lean forward comfortably on fluffy pillows while Dad rubs her lower back.
