🍓 Strawberry Cream Puddin’ Pie 🍓 Ingredients • 1 box strawberry Jello • 1 cup boiling water • 1 cup cold water • Fresh strawberries (as many as you like), chopped • 1 block cream cheese, softened • 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding mix (add more if needed for thickening) • 3 cups milk • 1 tub Cool Whip (plus extra for topping) • 1 box pre-crushed graham cracker crumbs • 1 ½ sticks butter, melted Instructions 1. Make the Jello In a bowl, mix the Jello with 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until dissolved, then add 1 cup cold water and stir again. Pop it in the fridge for about 15–20 minutes (don’t let it get too thick!). If you want to skip this step, you can use strawberry gel instead. 2. Chop Your Strawberries Cut them however you like. Use as many as you want! 3. Make the Puddin’ Filling In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and pudding mix together. Slowly add 3 cups of milk and mix until it’s creamy and smooth. Fold in a bowlful of Cool Whip. 4. Make the Crust In another bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter. Stir until it looks like wet sand. Press it into a 9x13 pan with your hands. Don’t be afraid to get those hands dirty— that’s what makes cooking fun, y’all! 5. Layer It Up Pour the puddin’ mixture over your crust and spread it out. Mix the half-set Jello with your chopped strawberries (save some strawberries for garnish!). Pour the Jello/strawberry mixture on top of the puddin’. Top it all off with a thick layer of Cool Whip. Garnish with your saved strawberries to make it look purty (yes, purty, not pretty!) Y’all Hungry?
