Completely normal, had Pandora since I was 16, worked there as well. They’re technically not supposed to stay on the ridged areas.

My first Pandora safety chain slid right off so I exchanged it for one that clips! It does not move!

It’s normal because they technically twist of the ridged edges next to the clasp, but if it bothers you maybe swap it out for the safety chain that has clips 😁

honestly, I'm the biggest Pandora girlie I always go in and buy a charm or ask em questions I have a safety chain and one part should only be up where the clasp can open the other part should dance down by the charms it's completely normal for it to be like that it won't damage or effect the bracelet try twisting both sides on at the top mine is like how urs is now I've had it for a while it's just how u take care of it don't wear it in the bed or to shower or when cleaning

Yes it’s normal for it to slide but a safely clip is better also a. Chain could work u can always slide it to the ridged part of the bracelet

mine kept sliding down so i just bought a safety clip to put next to the safety chain so it doesn’t slide off

I have the same one, its on my Stitch bracelet and when its full sometimes it started rolling towards the end so I decided to put a clip on that end so it won’t slide off. ✌🏻My other 2 bracelets also have chains but those are with clips and I personally like them better✨ My other bracelets are stopped just with clips without chains ☺️

safety chain helps but a safety clip will actually prevent your charms from sliding off
