I know i am getting downloads when the pitch of sound in my ears (especially left ear) changes suddenly and makes a very different pitch. The loss of memory is a biggie too...💯

I have been going through ALL of these symptoms 💯 for the last several months! It became more intense in December. It is crazy wild to wake up feeling like i have been physically active and dropped from 100 ft. back into my bed! Another weird thing I am experiencing is when I wake up after dreaming, my sinuses are plugged and major pressure in my forehead and crown...so intense! after I get up, it releases and I feel like it does when you get water up your nose 😂

Anyone remembering their dreams as being physically working in your dreams, conversations interacting with people? also waking up with racing heart like you've been running a marathon and interacting with beings with a bluish hue around them.....

Hmm are you sure that it’s not just me getting old? All of those things hit me and they are driving me crazy because waking up at 3 am just lets me know that my body hurts. I wanna go back to sleep but I am exhausted and shaking 🫨
