I definitely agree to an extent. Some of the earliest idv s tier skins (Soul weaver and gamekeeper for example) are super… underwhelming. Imo 2020 idv dropped some banger skins (cough cough maroon crystal) but they are definitely outdated and do not have the same quality newer s tier skins have

I personally think it really depends on the skin actually- like captain hook is a really cool old gen S tier or Ganji's one! some recent S tier can be really overwhelming just for the purpose of oh we added a lot of stuff to make it look S tier like Lg's S tier or Vera's SS skin

Мне все нравятся. У олд ген скинов есть какой-то особый притягательный вайб, а новые просто хорошо сделаны (за исключением вечного блонда, но и у олд ген лимитов было такое с золотом)
