Right! I walk 1 hour every day and I do kettlebell and dumbbell intermittently but if you say if I up my game either the resistance I’ll look amazing then I’m starting tomorrow. I need to lose 50lbs and I track all my calories and carbs and eat loads of protein and almost no sugar so god knows what else I can do?!!
