My leadership knows I can be replaced thirty days for less money. So I actually think they don’t give a 💩 especially with execs getting 250k bonuses whilst most are trying to make ends meet.

Two projects that were supposedly high profile and that I put a ridiculous amount of effort into had zero impact at the end of the day. Did that disengage me? Yes. You waste my time, you don’t get my time. I was was asked why I didn’t volunteer to participate on the next big project that followed. I cited the outcomes of the previous two projects. They said “fair point.”
