I recommend PONDS moisturizer and use whatever face wash is best for your skin. For example I have oily skin so I use an oil face wash and a second normal cleanser after !

First off: your absolutely gorgeous! Secondly: one thing I found in my skin care routine that helped me fix my textured skin was exfoliating and toning. That’ll help minimize pores and refine the skin. I would try a gentle liquid kind that you can use morning and night. & ofc always wearing a sunscreen cause the sun messes up our skin texture too! I use really good non-white cast sunscreen with peach and Lily thats are really good and hydrating!:) It all just takes learning your skin type and then figuring out what products you need to help your skin! I hope this helps a little bit but literally your skin is absolutely beautiful and so are you so don’t beat yourself up❤️❤️
