Kaya dapat we have the option to opt-out from government contributions. Mas maganda pa mag HMO kaysa Philheath oo mas mahal pero guaranteed na magagamit sa oras ng pangangailangan.

Dapat may karapatan tayo tumanggi sa PhilHealth kasi pera naman natin yan salary natin, Mas maganda ang service ng St.Peter may loan and HMOs like Maxicare etc.. tayo nalang dapat pumili ng gusto nating Health insurance.
