We landed Sunday around 10am.. qued for just over 40 mins then was put into the family lane which I’m sure took longer than the main Q.. overall around 90 mins. First time in Lanzerote and we absolutely won’t be returning

We was in that queue yesterday at half 11 in morning was complete hell 2 year old was done with waiting around she was kicking off got moved to family lane which I think took 10 times longer 🤦♀️dreading Sunday when we leave

Landed last night through security in 5 minutes if you have allready done the ees machine previously no need to do it again for 3 years , or new passport within 3 years . That's what security guard told us

flew in last Thursday along with 3 other flight. horrendous. from landing at 8 took us till 10pm to get through and to our hotel. 😏

We arrived on Sunday, supposedly one of the chaotic days, it was busy, but we got through in around 15 mins as it was well organised, folk directing you where to go and plenty of help 👍

The staff told us last week- Thursday/Sundays are horrific. Every other day is fine. We got through in less than 10 mins last week

Went through here on Thursday 18th June we got through in less than 10 minutes. Plenty of staff and machines! Just hoping the way out is better than last year as it took forever and that was before this system was in place.
