𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝’𝐬 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞 Payton has also been that child with zero fear. He has absolutely no issues walking into an unfamiliar place and running off and making friends. He loves the socialization and making people laugh. However, he also struggles with relationships because of his impulsivity and hyperactivity. If I would have listened in the mom groups I was in that what we were going through was just normal behaviors, I would have never been on a path to help him. Those that spend time with Payton can easily tell he is built different. These are a few (of many behaviors) that we see with Payton that are associated with adhd * Climbing on things and running at inappropriate times *More frustration, anger, and outbursts than their peers * Trouble calming down *Sleep troubles *Excessive talking and making noises *Aggression While a lot of toddlers do experience these signs, kids with adhd show intensified behaviors compared to their peers and these behaviors continue even after adjustment periods.
