I went through a disciplinary hearing and my SAPU representative didn't allow me to talk. I have very good evidence like recordings. I believe he and the HR work together and I cot a written warning. The commissioner told me, this is something that could be handled internally through a section meeting. That's how it is at the SAPS. After six months they must remove the paper out of my file and the worst part it stays for ever on your SAPS 96. Now the Colonel and the Captain are almost never at work, maybe they want me to be dismissed. 😢 This was very stressful, just because I work according to the National Instruction.
