bless you Hun my daughter has FND the support she gets from her university is brilliant. the support from the DWP is non existent awaiting yet another PIP Tribunal, not holding out much hope

I don’t have this. Docs say I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Osteoarthritis. However, they don’t know why my hands (mostly fingers) and feet (mostly toes) will contort in cramps. They said dehydration, blood work said nope. I am so hydrated. It does seem like if I’ve been cleaning or overdoing things, it happens more.

I have the same thing. With Pregabalin I got it under control, now I only have trouble with my legs in the mornings and evenings, and sometimes trembling too, just like you. Hang in there.

I’m exactly the same 😅 it’s horrific.. I got diagnosed in 2021 and I’m seeing to many more people with this diagnosis- I finally feel not alone 🥺
