Girlsss. A quick tip. Because my waterline never stays, I have found a nice hack that helps a lot. First use a q tip to the waterline to absorb a lot of moisture and then use the waterproof pencil. After this, just use some eyeshadow (of the color you have used for the pencil) and tap it with a brush at the waterline to secure it. It stays either 100% there or like 80%.
