for people who's going through a break up right now. imma give some advice (idk if i can call them advice) because i am going through a break up and i already stopped thinking of him, crying for him ect.. So first, cry, it's okay to cry, it's natural, it's normal. Cry as much as you can because i cried alot when he told me he was going to move to another country and he doesnt want to continue the relationship. Secondly, talk to a friend you trust alot. Yes it can make you cry again but you will get better later.. Third, think about all the negative things they did to you. Even if the relationship was perfect, every relationship had a time when they argued for a moment. For example, i told to my friends that he was the loml, but from the start he was very cold, he didn't care about me when i was not good or sad and that made me mad alot just after. I don't know if that work for some of y'all but for me it takes like 2 weeks to be normal again without him. And also don't insult them. like if you're breaking up on good terms, it's just useless because they were "the love of your life". Fourth, start hanging out, go outside with friends. It's a good thing to forget about your ex. Fifth, if y'all break up on bad terms, just do better than him. Discipline 100%. I thinks that's all i had to say and yes. Even i think that it's hard to forget about my ex like that suddenly but it will get better in the futur.
