the biggest question is will he be granted an appeal ..just because he filed one doesn't mean he'll get on appeal granted ...the appealate court has to reveiw the case files and then decide if something unlawfully occurred during his trial if they decide that some aspect of the trial broke the law or violated melos rights hell be granted an appeal if not he won't ...but the chances of him getting an appeal are extremely low the judge and da made sure to follow everything to a t because they knew that this case was being closely scrutinized....plus Texas only grants between 1 to 5 percent of all appeals state wide ...he won't be getting a new trial
