Some of y’all are making cream cheese dip and calling it crab dip. 🦀😂 Baked Maryland Crab Dip Ingredients: 1 lb Jumbo Lump Crab (carefully inspected for shells) 1 Block Cream Cheese (8 oz), softened to room temperature 1/4 cup Mayonnaise 3/4 cup Grated White Cheddar (plus a little extra for topping) 3/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (plus a little extra for topping) 6 Garlic Cloves (minced, grated, or pressed) 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning 1 tsp Dry Mustard 1/3 cup Scallions (chopped) Salt and Black Pepper (to taste) Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese with mayo, cheddar, parmesan, garlic, Worcestershire, Old Bay, mustard, and scallions. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Gently fold in crab meat, then spread into a baking dish. Top with extra cheddar and parmesan. Bake for about 45 minutes (some ovens may vary in cooking time), until hot and golden brown on top.
