My gorgeous uncle died by suicide 6 years ago yesterday. I wish he put out a cry for help like that instead of dying alone. You are supposed to be a life coach. More kindness and understanding is needed in this world not judgemental posts like this.

I think since Covid lockdowns people who already struggled socially esp with friendships and family struggles have found comfort in “fake friendships “ without even realising it’s destructive to them , they are just happy for any sort of response from people they don’t even know, it’s feeding the vulnerable no matter how good or bad the reaction they get is. It’s terrifying as it’s just the start of a dangerous journey for them
