Amazing thought on this. To add to what you’ve said, Most ETFs rebalance so they don’t allow an underperforming stocks to stay too long in them. So even if SpaceX is fast-tracked into Nasdaq100, and on the long run doesn’t perform well, it’ll be replaced.
