Instead of the grout brush use the ryobi power brush. Amazing results

Why don’t you just use peroxide? Diluted it does a faster better job with no smell.

just remember if dark grout has been used you won't see as much of a difference, had to go explain this to a customer one time after a complaint that I'd missed the grout lines
