The lack of bruising is so true. I BROKE MY BACK from a 6ft fall and had not one inch of bruise or any sort of discoloration. Some people also just don’t bruise much.

EXACTLY!!!! Like I don't bruise easily; even with fully broken bones, sometimes people don't bruise easily too and that's also a valid thing to happen. Or he covered the bruising with makeup if it did show.

as a dental assistant that has worked on patients who have broken their teeth in a similar way, that's definitely a chipped tooth. My own mom fell on the concrete face first and broke her teeth, she had no bruises on the outside of her lip, but a lot of bruising on the inside. I hope he's okay :(

I’ve chipped my tooth before and that is a clean chip that happened from blunt force. Saying he didn’t get punched is a long way away from the truth because surgery wouldn’t chip a tooth that clean if anything it’d be a lot higher.
