@moodyvegan: The Perfect Tofu Scramble Recipe for the Savoury Breakfast Lovers 🌱❤️ (Makes 2) * 1 block/ 400g of firm tofu (my faves for this are Sainsbury’s organic tofu or cauldron!) * 1/2 an onion, diced * Spinach * Cherry Tomatoes * Salt * Pepper * Olive oil For the scramble seasoning mix: * 2-3 tbsp nutritional yeast * 1tsp garlic powder * 1tsp turmeric * 1tsp onion powder * 1tsp paprika * 1/2 tsp Kala namak (adds an eggy flavour) Method: * Fry the onion in some olive oil for a few minutes until soft and crumble the tofu into the pan. * Add all the seasonings and mix really well. * Stir regularly for about 5 minutes while you chop the tomatoes and wash the spinach. * Add the chopped tomatoes and spinach and continue stirring until the mixture steams off. * Adjust the taste with more salt and pepper if you need to and serve over sourdough bread ❤️ #highproteinbreakfast #veganrecipe #veganbreakfast #tofu #veganegg

your tofu scramble looks absolutely amazing but a little tip I wanna share I recently discovered , towards the end of making your tofu scramble add unsweetened dairy free milk & DAIYA cheese (must be daiya it melts PERFECTLY) and you will have the most creamiest and rich tofu scramble🤤🤤 sooo good in burritos
